Dorking Folk Club meets at the Social Club, Friends Life, Dorking,
RH4 1QA, Surrey.
This venue has proved very popular with visitors and performers
alike. There is comfortable seating, plenty of space and a bar with
extremely cheaply priced drinks! We do not know of any other
Folk Club in the region with such excellent facilities.
How to get here: The Social
Club is in the grounds of the Friends Life complex and is accessed
off Pixham Lane (linking the A25 and A24 on the north-eastern side
of Dorking). The club is down the first footpath on the left as you
enter the complex. Parking is available further down the drive adjacent
to the playing courts, with an overflow carpark beyond that. Please
park first and then walk back to the Social Club and enjoy the view of Box Hill. |
